Bronx | Utah Child Photographer | Helper, Utah

Hey there! Next up is handsome Bronx! He JUST turned ONE!

He was so cute through the entire session! Even though half way through it started snowing on us! He was a trooper!

Bronx likes to play ball, play with his cars and he loves to eat!

Mom brought along his baseball bat, mitt and ball, which made the pictures that much more memorable!

Sara & Mark | Utah Engagement Photographer | Wadley Farms

Hi everyone!

Let’s all give it up for one of the sweetest couples ever: Mark & Sara

Sara told me all about how Mark and her met. “Online. How funny? Haha I was deleting my account and he had just signed up and wrote me. I read his message and gave online dating one more chance.”

She also filled me in on the proposal. He took me and our dog for a walk and we came up on a lake and dock and the dock was covered in candles. I turned around and he was on one knee. Then I said yes and we kept walking and his family was around a bonfire with s’mores.”

Their wedding date is set for May 10, 2014. The ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Wadley Farms! Sara expressed how excited she was about the venue they chose! They’re not just excited about the details, though. They’re also excited to spend the rest of their lives together. It’s so clear that this couple is head-over-heels for each other!

You’ll see what I mean when you see the photos!

Cindy | Utah Senior Photographer | Utah State Capitol & Memory Grove Park

Welcome back!

Today I want you to meet Cindy. Charismatic, Beautiful and Classy are the words that come to mind when I think about this young woman.

Cindy is a senior at Carbon High School. SILC and Friends of Rachel. She also likes photography, gymnastics, writing, reading, drawing, video games, and traveling.

I loved the outfits that Cindy brought to the shoot. For example, a simple white summer dress and a black outfit that gave the impression that she jumped out of a Harley Davidson commercial! She was rockin’!

I asked Cindy whether she had any advice to offer others who were getting ready to take senior pictures. This is what she had to share:

If you want your hair to look good and not get in the way, use lots of hairspray!”” Cindy said.

After high school, she would like to go to college here in Utah to earn a master’s degree in archaeology and a bachelor’s degree in photography. Afterwards, she would like to go to school in California to finish schooling for photography and earn a second master’s degree.

Best of luck to Cindy. I know you’ll be awesome!

Jake & Chloe | Utah Engagement Photographer | Helper, Utah

We meet again, loyal blog readers!

I recently photographed Jake and Chloe in Helper, UT. This soon-to-be wedded couple will be getting married on June 20, 2014 and I just can’t wait!

Chloe shares how he proposed, “I ruined it actually. I had already picked out the ring and I knew it was coming. But one night he took me out spotlighting and then we were supposed to have a fire at this spot we always go to. It was freezing! And I was being a baby so after a couple minutes of trying to convince him not to make us have a fire he finally said “fine, let’s get in the truck,” and while we were walking back to the truck I stuck my hand in his pocket and found my ring! So, he just got down on his knee in the headlights!”

They will be getting married in the Manti Temple and having two receptions, one in Spanish Fork and the other in Huntington!

I know it’s going to be a gorgeous wedding!

Future wedding details aside, let’s get to the present: Jake and Chloe’s engagement session! These two are real naturals in front of the camera. Their good looks, fabulous outfit choices, a sublime location and their genuine love for each other made this photo shoot a breeze!

Best of luck to the Happy Couple!

Melissa | Utah Senior Photographer | Provo Castle Amphitheater

Hi gang!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Melissa as one of my senior representatives for Carbon High School, class of 2014.

She is currently serving as the carbon high school drill teams drill mistress. And also is the Vice President of public relations in FCCLA.

I loved working with Melissa because she is so easy to get along with and is able to have a fun time! And has awesome taste in clothing!

For our photo shoot, Melissa was going for a natural look with pretty scenery. I definitely think we pulled it off!

After graduation, she plans to continue working and finish cosmetology in the spring of next year along with her associates degree.

 I wish her much success!
